David Beckham is 5/1 to score against Manchester United as he lines up against his former club for the first time on Tuesday, reports bookmaker PaddyPower. And to mark the occasion PaddyPower will refund losing bets on the correct score, first/last scorer and scorecasts if Becks scores a goal against his former club in the Champions League on Tuesday.
PaddyPower are also offering football betting odds of 16/1 that Beckham scores with a trademark free kick in the first leg and 33/1 he sees red whilst its 40/1 Becks scores in both legs of the tie. Across the two legs Beckham is also 100/1 at PaddyPower to score from inside his own half and 250/1 to kick a football boot at former mentor Sir Alex Ferguson.
The online bookmaker is also speculating on which former team mate Beckham swaps shirts with at the end of the San Siro game. With early favourite Ryan Giggs now out of the running with a broken arm England team mate Wayne Rooney is 5/1 favourite to get the Beckham number 32 Milan shirt although Beckham’s best friend at Old Traffford, Gary Neville, is a 14/1 outsider to either rush from the dug out or sprint across the pitch from his right-back position to get to his beloved Becks first.
